How it all comes together at Gordon's

01. Choosing a Floorplan

Explore our wide variety of floorplans including Modular Homes, Multi-family layouts, Park Models, and Manufactured Homes to find a design that best fits your lifestyle and needs. Our team will guide you through the process, helping you explore flexibility and customization options to personalize your space to your exact needs.

Once you choose a floorplan, we will go through it room by room to ensure everything works for your specific lifestyle.

02. Customization

Customize your home by adjusting floorplan elements such as room sizes, windows, and doors. Work with the design team to add features like upgraded flooring or kitchen appliances, ensuring the home reflects your style and fits your lot's orientation.

At this point in the process, we are working with you to select all of your finishes: your cabinets, flooring, paint color, tile, lighting, countertops and exteriors!  We have a wide selection to choose from including solid surface countertops!

03. Site Preparation

We offer full turn-key services and can apply for your building permit and prepare your site for you.  If you have a preferred  contractor, we work hand in hand with them to ensure no steps are missed and your site is prepared exactly as it needs to be to receive your home!  Your site gets prepared by ensuring it is cleared, leveled, foundation installed and fully serviced for utilities like power, sewer or septic, and water.

04. Delivery and Setup

When your site is ready and your home is off-line it is time for delivery!!  Our exclusive in-house set up team brings the home from SRI and barges it over to the island.

We then place the home on the foundation and set it up, this includes seismically tying the home to the foundation, finishing siding and roofing and doing drywall touch ups inside the home.

If you are working with our Site team, we will connect all utilities, install gutters and downspouts, do all plumbing and water connections and complete your decks and steps.

If you are working with a preferred contractor of your own, we will work with them to ensure timelines are met and all items are completed so you can move in!

Once hydro is connected to a home, you can typically expect to move in within 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size of
the home.
